KROFF Limited Warranty Overview

KROFF warrants that its product shall be in good working order for 1 year (one year) from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is only valid in the country of purchase of the Product, and only if bought from KROFF store or from KROFF Authorized sellers/resellers. The following exclusions and limitations shall apply. In the event that the Product fails to meet the warranty standard to our reasonable satisfaction, we shall repair, free of charge as described below:

Product Return instructions

  • Product must be returned in good condition possible with its original packing with all the accessories provided.
  • Packing should be done in a secure way to avoid any damage during the shipping. Any shipping damages should be escalated to the carrier and KROFF will not be responsible for the same
  • Shipping charges to be prepaid and borne by the customer and it is recommended that the product is insured for shipping wherever applicable
  • A copy of the invoice should be sent along with the product for identification


Claiming a warranty

Warranty claim can be made by placing a support request from KROFF website (www.kroffs.com) and providing the required credentials or calling at +91–14149-40101. Please Upload original proof of purchase, mentioning the purchase date, product details and seller details. Raise a Ticket
KROFF will arrange a pickup of the defective product at its own cost, within a reasonable period of time, provided the details mentioned in return policy and claim policy are successfully complied with.

Kindly note, post pickup, product would be kept under isolation for period of 24 - 48 hours (as per govt. regulations), before the package would be open and analyzed. Thanks for your understanding.

Warranty terms

If the product is found to have failed during the warranty period, we will Repair the faulty product and ship it back to customer at our own cost. Please note, warranty period will not be extended due to the exchange, repair or resale and shall be applicable only from the original date of purchase of the product under following condition:

  • No replacement parts shall be provided for customer when during this period
  • Products/spares replaced will become property of KROFF and will not be returned to the customer
  • KROFF reserves the right to use products/spares which are new or equivalent or reconditioned while repairing or servicing the product


Any product breakage, damage, mishandling is not covered under warranty like usage of disinfectant (lyzol, phenyl etc.) in water tank.

What is not covered under this warranty?

  • Any KROFF product purchased/procured from unauthorized resellers, grey market, or refurbished product.
  • Defects/damages caused by mishandling of the product, like mixing Disinfectant to water tank, misusing for any other purpose
  • Damage of the accessories and consumables such as adapters, buttons and trays, water tank by using disinfectant
  • Wear and tear of any component by putting weight on machine like standing on machine
  • Any service/repair done by unauthorized service center/individual
  • Usage of Consumables not authorized by KROFF
  • Damage during shipping or improper packaging by customer.
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Incompatibility with 3rd Party Products or non-supported models/products
  • Free products
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

Manufacturing defects and damaged products

  • In case of products received with manufacturing defects or received in a damaged condition, please call the KROFF customer care Toll free number +91-14149-40101 to register a complaint by providing the product, purchase and customer contact details within 7 days of purchase date.
  • KROFF shall inspect the returned product and if found with a manufacturing defect, will replace with a new product.
  • If the same variant of the product is not available, then the customer will be provided with an option to choose other variant and any difference in product sale price will have to be settled by either of the parties.
