How long does it take you to ship your products ?
We ship products to PAN India by reputed couriers. Shipment transit time is ~3-5 business days in metro cities and 5-7 business days in non-metro cities. We prioritize all our orders through global logistic partners Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC etc.
Do you offer free shipping?
We sure do! We ship fast and free throughout India, with rare exceptions.

We believe the Kroff is the best capsule coffee machine on the planet. If you disagree, or not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at our support and we would be happy to resolve your query.
How are you able to charge less than the other guys?
Here at Brillio, we source very carefully and manufacture ourselves. Which means we can cut out the middle men and sell these powerful machines directly to you, with minimal markup.
Need to report damaged or incorrect products received.
If after receiving the product and at the moment of opening the box, you find that the product is damaged or incorrect, please take a photo of the damaged product and box condition. Inform us atcontact@brillioindia.com. Please keep the bill and the packaging as the production code printed on the box helps us find the product's batch. We will process damaged or incorrect products within 10 (ten) days from the receipt of your email.

FAQ Capsules & Machines
How does your machine work ?
Our machine heats up water, which is passed at high pressure through a capsule of high quality coffee into the cup. Our machine uses up to ~19 bar pressure, similar to coffee house machines to deliver a great cup of coffee every time. The coffee that is used in the capsules is made of premium 100% pure Arabica/Robusta coffee beans.
While traditional drip coffee machines operate at one bar of pressure (normal atmospheric pressure) and a number of other one-cup coffee machines operate at no more than two bars, KROFF system can operate at 19 bars. The higher the pressure the more flavour is extracted from the coffee.

What is the warranty for your coffee machine ?
We provide a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase. Kroff Coffee Machines are built to work for several years providing you the same quality of coffee as on Day 1.
What are the adaptors for ?
All our machines comes with 3 adaptors:

Your Coffee Pods work in dolce gusto machines ?
Yes, our KROFF Tea Coffee Pods capsules are compatible and tested with the dolce gusto machines available in the market. We have tested them extensively to make sure they work in various machines and brew your favourite beverage to give you a great experience.

Your espresso pods would fit my machine ?
Absolutely!
Our espresso capsules are compatible with any original line Nespresso machines or any other Third-party machines that can brew Nespresso capsules.
Our dolce Gusto capsules are compatible with Nestle Dolce Gusto Machines or any third party machine that can brew dolce gusto capsules.
With lab testing done for various models available in the market, we are very confident that your machine would brew our capsules perfectly.

Email:contact@kroffs.com. Our Support& Service Team will provide troubleshooting for all models of KROFF machine to diagnose the problem and assist you in finding the best solution. In the case that a repair is required, our expert will guide you through the process of repair.
This service is free of charge during the warranty period. If outside the warranty period, our experts will be pleased to inform you about our current flat fees.
What's inside the Dolce Gusto capsule ?
We have mix of 100% coffee, milk solids, nature identical flavouring and little sugar formula inside the capsule to give you the right flavour that suits the Indian palate. We have worked numerous hours to develop the flavour and are sure you'll like it.
Can I re-use the capsule for a second cup?
No, our capsules are designed to give you the perfect cup everytime and are not suitable for making two cups.
Can I brew instant coffee ?
No, please do not put instant coffee powder in any of the adaptors supplied. This can results in damaging the adaptors or the machine. Please purchase our Tea and Coffee pods for best results.
Can I use ground coffee powder ?
Yes, our machine has an adaptor which you can use for filling your own grounded coffee powder and extract an espresso shot. The grind size of the coffee would need a little bit of experiment from your end to achieve the best results. You can always chat with out experts to take suggestions or demo.
Meaning of “Single Origin” or "Speciality" coffee ?
"Single Origin" coffee means the beans are from a single, easily traceable source, often a specific region or even a single farm, highlighting the unique terroir of that place, while "Speciality Coffee" generally refers to high-quality coffee with a score of 80 or above on the Specialty Coffee Association cupping scale. We make sure our coffee is sourced directly from the origin cutting down the middle-men and are known for their speciality beans and roast.
Espresso capsules are filled with pure coffee?
Our espresso capsules contain only pure ground coffee. There are no added flavours or additives that we use. We are transparent and you'll find 100% Arabica or a mix of Arabica and Robusta beans written in the exact proportions as provided. The quality, taste and crema produced with our capsules, is due to the highest quality of 100% ground coffee we use.
Your Nespresso pods fit all capsule machines?
All of our Nespresso-compatible capsules work in the KROFF and Nespresso machines (original line), including but not limited to: Nespresso Inissia, Pixie and Pixie Clips, Nespresso Lattissima, Lattissima Touch, Lattissima Pro, Essenza etc.
Our pods are made to the same specification as used worldwide, so they would work in all Nespresso original line capsule compatible machines.
Note: Our pods are not compatible with the Vertuo Nespresso system.

Can I make Latte or a cappuccino ?
Yes, you can brew espresso style coffee shot with our capsules and add milk and sugar to your taste to make a delicious cup of latte or cappucinno or even a cold coffee.
Alternatively, you can buy our Dolce Gusto capsules that can brew a latte and cappuccino from the capsule with no need of adding milk or sugar.
Where are your coffee capsules produced?
We manufacture the coffee capsules right here in India and source our coffee directly from Indian Farms and Coffee Estates. Thus ensuring that we can cater to the Indian palette with the freshest coffee produce.
What is the shelf life of the Nespresso capsules?
Our capsules are nitrogen sealed pushing out the moisture and oxygen in the capsule, remaining fresh for upto a year. Our Capsules thus have a shelf-life of 1 year from the date of manufacture.
